Our internal computer system enables successful networking among our offices. When you list with us, information on you property is distributed to all our offices to help find a buyer fast.

Cooperation with Other Brokers/Brokers' Tours
We interact and communicate with many other real estate companies and thousands of sales associates in exposing our listings to the real estate community. During the listing period, we will invite brokers to visit your property and highlight its most important selling points so they can best promote it to their clients.

Multiple Listing Services
Information on your property will be included in the Multiple Listing Service of currently available properties, which is widely used by the brokerage community. Our computer system is liked to the MLS and can quickly communicate any changes pertaining to your property to the brokerage community.

Trade Publication Advertising/Fact Sheets
We advertise in brokerage community publications to attract the greatest number of other brokers to your home. We will also distribute fact sheets highlighting your property's selling points to the brokerage community.

A Distinctive "For Sale" Sign
For complete and total exposure of your property, place our distinctive sign on your front lawn. It will attract maximum interest from neighbors and potential buyers passing through the neighborhood. A large percentage of real estate sales are direct result of a buyer seeing the sign.

Open Houses
We suggest that open houses be held whenever possible. In this way we can meet frequently with prospective buyers and interested neighbors to show them the most desirable features of your home.

Classified & Institutional Advertising

Our display advertising placements are created by our in-house marketing department's experienced graphic designers and copywriters.
