pertinent information regarding the areas in which the
buyer chooses to purchase a new home |

Keep Buyer updated on any new, reduced, or Back On the
Market (BOM) properties that may fit the buyer's needs |

Advise the buyer on values and prepare a written Competitive
Market Analysis (CMA) once the buyer found a home on which
to make an offer |

Prepare, present, and negotiate the best terms and
price possible for the buyer |
| 6. |
Assist in preparing a schedule and be present in all
physically inspections, pest control inspections, appraisals
and all other appointments relative to closing escrow |
| 7. |
Deliver keys to Buyer @ C.O.E. |
